Nudist beaches in northern Croatia
Nudist beaches in northern Croatia are popular with Slovaks, as they’re the closest to Slovakia. You can easily get to one without spending hours on end in the car. On the way, you can also stop at the most beautiful national parks in Croatia.
- Bunculuka in Baška, on the island of Krk. The beach is just past the town of Baška, and you can simply walk there along the coast. It belongs to the Bunculuka campsite, and visitors who aren’t staying there pay a fee to use the beach. It’s a long nudist beach and easy to get to. There are also plenty of bars and restaurants, so you won’t go hungry.
- Valalta is an ideal FKK campsite in Istria. The naturist campsite stretches for a full 4 km along the coast and offers accommodation in modern apartments, bungalows or its own mobile homes.
- Punta Križ beach is in Rovinj, and you can also stay at the nearby Amarin and Valdaliso campsites. The start of the beach is a swingers’ beach, and the far end is a gay beach.

Nudist beaches in southern Croatia
- The nudist beach in Gradac lies out towards the village of Brist and is about 400 m long. It’s pebbly, but the pebbles aren’t sharp. The upside is that there are no sea urchins in the water here.
- Trpanj has both an ordinary beach and a nudist one.
- Vrulja Bay in Brela is a little awkward to get to, but doable. It’s a small beach with plenty of privacy (43°23’22.547″N, 16°53’41.623″E).
- Baško Polje
- Nugal FKK beach, Tučepi, is an official nudist beach.
- The island of Badija near Korčula
